It's A Bug's Life

Bug "a" and bug "b" had a 100 meter race. In this all out race bug "b" wins the race by five meters. The drivers in bug "a" are so disappointed that they demand a rematch. Bug "a" begs bug "b" for a handicap to make things more even in the next race. Bug "b" says fine I will start five meters behind the starting line. Both bugs go at the same constant speed during the second race as they did in the first one.
